Originally the Towers Apartments located in the Beverly Heights neighborhood within the City of Fort Lauderdale was designed by architect Francis Abreu. The Mediterranean-revival style building was built in 1925. Francis Abreu designed several buildings and homes in Fort Lauderdale between 1924 - 1927. Historic designation in 2015.
